I believe in living by a simple yet powerful motto: God, family, and then business. As a dad of two incredible boys, Aiden and Alex (proudly known as the "A-Team"), my life revolves around family, community, and competition. I coach youth athletics, primarily soccer, where I bring my competitive spirit to the field, helping kids learn teamwork, resilience, and the importance of giving their all. Whether we’re outdoors hiking, snowboarding, boating, or enjoying motorsports, we love spending time together. We call Slinger and Richfield, Wisconsin home—a place rich with memories, including Friess Lake, where my own story began (and where my mom almost gave birth to me on a pool table!).

My journey in real estate started in 2010 as CJtheRealtor.com, and I’ve been fortunate to help over 40 families each year find their dream homes. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats: landlord, property flipper, vacation rental host, and entrepreneur. I even helped launch Keller Williams Prestige and led one of the largest teams in the area. But I discovered that my passion lies in creating personal connections and delivering exceptional service, which is why today I lead a small yet mighty group, Team CJ Realty @ Keller Williams Prestige.

With nearly four academic degrees under my belt (a semester shy of an MBA) and the life experience of someone who’s tackled challenges head-on—including being audited by the IRS as a teenager for making too much cutting lawns—I’ve learned the value of hard work, grit, and determination. I approach real estate the same way I approach life: fast-paced, focused, and with a commitment to excellence.

Life has taught me to cherish every moment, especially after a near-death experience where I literally learned the hard way that trees don’t move when you catch one under your armpit while flying through the air like Superman. That intensity defines who I am. I expect the best from myself and others, and I believe in giving life your all—always your best, never less—and having fun while doing it.
