With all the stress and scheduling it takes to get a home CJ Lewandowski made it very simple and took a lot of time and care to make sure everything was on schedule. "I first met CJ when my buddy needed a better place than my gravel driveway to park his motorcycle. CJ was renovating an investment property next to my house and had no problem allowing us to park the bike there overnight. A few months later when I was ready to buy my first house, I remembered the nice gesture and put him on my list of potential candidates.
I sat down with CJ on a Tuesday evening, a house came on the market the next day Wednesday, and I had an accepted offer the following day Thursday. There were 4 other offers on this house within 24 hrs, but CJ offered excellent advice and negotiation tactics to get our offer accepted. I got the exact home that I was looking for AND paid below appraised value. A real steal in todays low inventory, high demand market. I would recommend CJ to anybody and will certainly be using him again!
Update: When I was ready to upgrade from my starter home. Of course I called CJ to get the ball rolling and everything turned out as smooth as can be. Net on sell was astonishing for a 5 year investment and I got a down n dirty low deal on the buy side. We got over appraised value on the sell and paid below appraised value on the buy. CJ is highly recommended!"

I first met CJ when my buddy needed a better place than my gravel driveway to park his motorcycle. CJ was renovating an investment property next to my house and had no problem allowing us to park the bike there overnight. A few months later when I was ready to buy my first house, I remembered the nice gesture and put him on my list of potential candidates.
I sat down with CJ on a Tuesday evening, a house came on the market the next day Wednesday, and I had an accepted offer the following day Thursday. There were 4 other offers on this house within 24 hrs, but CJ offered excellent advice and negotiation tactics to get our offer accepted. I got the exact home that I was looking for AND paid below appraised value. A real steal in todays low inventory, high demand market. I would recommend CJ to anybody and will certainly be using him again!
